• 16 years' experience of living and leading groups in mountain and sea enviroments.
• I'm a certified mountain walking, rock climbing and sea kayaking instructor with training from Great Britain, Sweden and Norway
• I speak fluent Swedish, Finnish and English as well as fair Spanish
• I have  worked at  British national mountain centre Plas y Brenin as well as Jostedalen Breforarlag a Mountaineering company in Norway, Coastal Odyssey  a kayak tour company in Norway and Lofoten folkhögskola  a School with an outdoor program in Norway, Nord NorskaKlatterskolan a climbing school in Lofoten Islands, Norway and Point65 , kayak manufacturer in Sweden.
• I have  worked for KE Adventures and Highplaces as a trek leader.
• I have lead sea kayaking tours in the Nordic countries, as well as Wales, Ireland and Scotland.  In addition I have participated in trips to Greenland, Croatia and Mexico.
• I have taught and lead mountain walking tours in the Nordic countries as well as Wales, Scotland, Spain, Greenland, Nepal and Switzerland.
