Face the challenges of the waters off Arisaig in Scotland

If your previous experience of kayaking is limited to the Baltic Sea then perhaps it’s time to proceed to the next level and investigate Atlantic kayaking in the waters around Arisaig, one of the most versatile areas in Scotland. Here you can try and take on the demanding tidal currents of the region.

Arisaig offers sheltered bays, white sandy beaches, and open waters. The fauna is also spectacular and consists of otters, dolphins, seals and killer whales. Last but not least, we add some cultural history in the form of the old Scottish castles and monasteries along the coast. Among kayaking enthusiasts around the globe, Arisaig is known as one of the best areas. The Atlantic is a mighty ocean with a wholly unique feel.

The journey to Arisaig is a smooth one with a flight to Scotland followed by a bus or train to Inverness where the group will rendezvous.

I will arrange the tour in co-operation with Wilderness Scotland. Read more about the reasons why I formed a partnership with this particular company here.
